1. About Feel Free Always

Feel Free Always is a personal growth and wellness platform designed to help users reflect, build habits, journal, meditate, plan their days, set goals, track progress, and receive AI-powered guidance through features such as The Guide.

Feel Free Always is not a medical provider, mental health provider, financial advisor, legal advisor, or other licensed professional service.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms in the location where you live. Feel Free Always is not intended for children under 13.

If you are using Feel Free Always on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Your Account

Unless you cancel before the free trial ends, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription and the payment method associated with your checkout may be charged at the price shown when you subscribed.

When a subscription is scheduled to cancel at the end of the trial or billing period, Premium access may remain available until that period ends. After the cancellation becomes effective, you should not be charged for a new renewal period.

Cancellation normally stops future renewal charges after the current trial or paid billing period ends. Access to paid features may continue until the effective cancellation date.

8. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once charged.

Feel Free Always may provide artificial intelligence features, including The Guide. AI-generated responses may contain errors, incomplete information, or results that are not appropriate for every person or situation.

10. No Medical or Mental Health Advice

Feel Free Always does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, crisis intervention, or other licensed healthcare services.

Information provided through the platform, including AI-generated content, meditation tools, journaling features, mood reflections, habit suggestions, or wellness content, is not a substitute for advice or treatment from a qualified professional.

11. Your Content
